A trip that is rated M+ is suitable for someone who, 3 to 4 times a week, works out vigorously enough to raise their heart rate to the aerobic range (70-80% of maximum) for 30 minutes. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, this is the equivalent of still being able to talk in short sentences. Walking alone will not be sufficient unless it includes lots of hills and a fast pace. If you're unsure, give us a call and tell us what you do for exercise.
The following are all rated M+. If a trip has both an M and M+ rating, it means either there are two different options each day or there is sufficient flexibility to accomodate women of different fitness levels.
